Our Boot Fairs are planned for the following dates: (No clashes with the Green)
16th April
7th May
4th June
27th August
10th September
The only way we will cover our normal running costs this year is to have successful BOOT FAIRS - to raise at least £2000 per BOOT FAIR.
Our challenge is getting volunteers to manage on the day; we need at least ten people on site from 7 am to 12 noon, covered by shifts of two or three hours per person.
If required, we will contribute to travelling expenses (a maximum of £50.00 per person) to encourage helpers on the day.
We are considering working with a charity group to provide volunteers on the day and donate up to £500 to the organisation. Please ask your family, friends and work colleagues if they may know of a local organisation.
The first one is Sunday, 16th April, so mark it on your calendar NOW and let me know what times you can do.
If you have any ideas or thoughts to help please share them with me or any committee member.

PPS Following the success of our Celebrity Burger and Refreshment team last year, they will continue this year, which is great news.
