Club First Aid Awareness Course, Saturday 10th October

Dear Members

We write to invite you to a First Aid Awareness Course, from 9.30am - 12.30pm on Saturday 10th October, in The Long Room at the club. There are 12 places available, open to club members, family, friends and anyone in a sports club in Hythe - so please spread the word!

The course does not give you a certified qualification, but meets the First Aid standard required if you an ECB or FA Coach. The course will be run by trainer James Sutton from The Kent Nirvana Group. James is also an ECB qualified coach, and delivers First Aid training for Kent Cricket.

Please book your place by reply, or contact Rachel: chair@hythecsc.com 07952 671382

The club will pay for club coaches and volunteers to attend, for everyone else the cost is £30 per person. (Free tea/coffee and biscuits included, just saying...)

As a club we should have at least one First Aider present at every game/match and training session, so the more people trained, the more people confident to act in an emergency in the club or in the community. One morning spent at the course could mean you save a life.

Let us know if you have any questions, otherwise thank you, and hope to see you there.

Best wishes

Rachel & Tobie

Club Chair & Club Manager
