Kent Coastal Racketball Tournament, 28th & 29th November - Final Line-Up Announced!
Dear Members
We are pleased to confirm the final line-up for this year’s Kent Coastal Racketball Tournament, on 28th and 29th November at the Club.
We are delighted to welcome four-time National Ladies Champion Amber Marshal, who will be competing against our very own Mel Booth, last year’s Ladies Champion.
The Open draw features an exceptional field including National O35s runner-up Billy Jones, England Men’s Captain Paul Norton, and Canterbury No.1 Josh Cutting, who enters the event as second seed and is looking to challenge UK No.6 and reigning champion Ted Jeal, among other top-level players.
The Ladies event will take place from 6pm on Friday 28th, with the Open event running all day on Saturday 29th.
We Need Your Support! This event is a fantastic opportunity to watch high-quality racketball, and also plays a vital role in raising money for Porchlight and the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance—two charities that provide invaluable support within our community.
Your presence truly makes a difference. By coming down to the Club, enjoying a drink at the bar, socialising, and supporting the players, you help make the tournament a success for both the charities and our club, which has once again generously enabled us to hold this event.
A huge thank-you to Club Members Tom Locke (AW Group) and Trevor Semadeni for sponsoring the tournament, and to everyone who has already donated—your contributions genuinely matter.
We still have 20 raffle tickets remaining with some fantastic prizes. You can purchase a ticket (or two!) or donate a prize by reply to this email, or feel free to contact us directly. Please get the dates in your diaries—we look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.
