Squash Court Roof

Dear Members

As you may be aware, the current roof to the Squash Courts is at the end of its life and needs to be replaced.

Trevor Semadeni and Glenn Mousley have between them raised Grant Funding of £ 16,000 towards the project which allows the project to proceed. Their efforts are thanked.

The work has been booked to commence on the 9th September and although the courts will remain open, there may be some disruption. We will aim to keep this to a minimum.

At the same time, to become more environmentally friendly, we are hoping to convert the lighting to LED, which is likely to lead to some short term court closures. We will inform members in good time of any times when the courts will be out of action.
