We need to ready for our re-opening of our BAR on Saturday, July 4th
This is the Cleanup list for the weekend or any other time you can give.
We are meeting at 8 am this Saturday and Sunday.
Front Entrance/Car Park
Clear weeds from the front of the building and shrub bed along the boundary fence.
Outside rear of the garage/Caravan site:
Clear site of rubbish, and weeds, Tidy Caravan site.
The hard parking area alongside the Cricket nets – Clear weeds and rubble.
Outside Cricket Changing Rooms - Clear weeds and Mud, Steam clean Slabs, Washdown paintwork, Paint Door, Re-instate Rubbish Bins
Front of Pavillon - Clear weeds and tidy rose beds, steam clean steps, repair or replace benches. CCTV camera to be re-fitted the pole. Wash down paintwork, Re-instate Rubbish Bins, Replace rotten timber on seats.
Refix Handrail, Throw away broken seats
Patio – Clear weeds and tidy rose beds, steam clean paving slabs, repair or replace benches. Wash down paintwork, Re-instate Rubbish Bins,
Donate new bedding plants/shrubs for the rose beds.
Clean Barbecue area – get ready to use.
Football/Cricket Changing rooms. - Clear out rubbish, wash down, Paint
Clear out rubbish from Garage and Containers
Select what you can/want to do.
Please bring your own gardening tools and those carpenters amongst us bring your tools to do the repairs on seats and benches.
Painters bring their own brushes and varnish/paint.
Make sure you wear the necessary protective clothing and gloves.
We need to consider buying plastic tables and chairs to use on the patio to satisfy the cleaning requirements, does anyone have access to any?
Donate your own? Sponsor your own table and chairs?
We need all members to donate a small amount of time to get us up and running for our re-opening, please let me, Steve, Tobie or Martin what you can do.
