This will be the second get together. We will look at progress on Charitable Status and the application to become fully licensed to sell alcohol plus other items agreed at the agm.
Then there will be an opportunity to look at the first ideas on extending and repurposing our building and entrance area.
Suggestions made last time (kiosk in the car park) have been investigated and will be discussed further
We now have a Promotions Team charged with instigating and publicising events; and as social events were given a high priority at the last meeting this is a positive step.
The action plan for the next few months will be unveiled and discussed and there will be a report on how the business plan is proceeding.
We will also look at Gift Aid, discuss the process of becoming an incorporated charity, and much more.
So a packed programme, and it needs to be, as the Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on the 24th February and with only one more Development Group meeting scheduled (Thursday 3rd February) time is short.
So note it in your diary and join us.
