We need to raise £10,000
Following my mass appeal email to members regarding our difficult financial situation several weeks ago, this is an update on our progress.
With a fantastic amount of work from Rachel Gainsford and a small group of members, we are about to launch our Crowdfunding website. Our target is to raise £10,000 in six weeks, and Sport England will then hopefully match it.
It needs the membership to get involved and play a part. We need you to come up with ideas and suggestions to raise money and actively participate in whatever way you can.
Initially, Tobie is organising a Grand Raffle, so we need you to donate prizes, please email Tobie what you can provide.
We are also putting together a 'collection of innovated rewards' which will entice members and the community to part with their CASH through the CROWDFUNDING Website, so please let us have your ideas and comments on what else we could provide.
To ensure our financial future, it needs to be a collective effort from all members and all section of the Club, so I ask that you all to get involved and play your part.
