Hi everyone,
Following on from our highly successful crowdfunder campaign the committee is seeking to build on the support and enthusiasm shown by our members. We are looking to establish 2 working groups, one looking at how we use IT at HCSC and the other developing HCSC communication and marketing.
The IT group will look to examine and describe the current systems we have in place as well as improving the links between those systems and recommending any new digital infrastructure.
The Marketing and Comms group will look at ways in which the many advantages of joining and playing sport at our club can be promoted to the wider community, as well as improving information sharing among our own membership.
We extend an open invitation to any member to join an introductory meeting for either or both working groups. Meetings will be on Zoom, at a regular day/time going forward, with the understanding that anyone interested can join as and when they can. The aim is for the meetings to be a forum for sharing ideas and completing projects that will make a difference to the club - there is no long term commitment or formal committee obligation required.
